BFM.RU. The Bank of Russia represented by the Moscow Chief Territorial Directorate brought an action with the Moscow Arbitration Court seeking to declare Trado-Bank bankrupt, BFM.Ru reported quoting court materials. Trado-Bank is specified as a debtor in the statement of claim and the Bank of Russia as a creditor.
For the record, last week news came that the Bank of Russia was drafting an application to the General Prosecutor’s Office due to the fact that some assets held by Slavyansky Bank and Trado-Bank, which were stripped of their licenses in early December, were stolen.
