PRIME-TASS. The Moscow Arbitration Court declared Petroff-Bank insolvent (bankrupt) at its hearing on Tuesday, Prime-TASS reported.
The court initiated bankruptcy proceedings for a term of 12 months and the Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA) was appointed bankruptcy manager.
The claimant in the bankruptcy case is the Moscow Chief Territorial Directorate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
