In 2006, the Russia’s ENERGOMASHBANK (St. Petersburg) doubled its pretax profit to R23.6 million compared with 2005. Net receivables rose 73% over the year exceeding R1.195b as of January 1, 2007. Client accounts went up 89% to R1.528 and personal accounts soared by more than 120% to R405.7m.
