The Directorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia made a record in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on December 24, 2010 about the termination of operations by Bank Alemar (Registration No. 2384, Novosibirsk) under entry 2107711022813 (Main State Registration Number 1025400000031) in connection with the reorganization of Mezhtopenergobank (Registration No. 2956, Moscow) in the form of the takeover of Bank Alemar (Registration No. 2384, Novosibirsk), Prime-TASS wired Friday quoting the central bank’s PR department.
On the basis of this report, a record was made in the CBR Book for State Registration of Lending Institutions about the cancellation of operations by Bank Alemar (Registration No. 2384, Novosibirsk) starting December 24, 2010.
The Bank of Russia also made a record in the Book for State Registration of Lending Institutions that the following branches of Mezhtopenergobank were opened on December 24, 2010: Mezhtopenergobank’s Siberian division — Alemar — and the Saint Petersburg branch of Mezhtopenergobank.
