Russia’s MECHEL BANK (Chelyabinsk) has reached an agreement with the Agency for Home Mortgage Lending (AHML) for the Central Federal District. Under the agreement, the bank has the opportunity to enter the Moscow city market by offering personal clients credits for purchasing real estate in Moscow and the surrounding region.
