Russia’s INTER-REGIONAL INVESTMENT BANK (Moscow) has reached a money transfer agreement with the CONTACT money transfer system. The bank has already installed necessary software and put special cash offices into operation at its branches. The system makes it possible to send money using a simplified procedure without opening accounts. It will take the bank several minutes to transfer money, the bank has promised.
