Russia’s Central Bank’s St. Petersburg Main Department has recently barred the St. Petersburg Bank for Reconstruction and Development (SPBRD) from opening personal deposits, SPBRD was quoted as saying. The St. Petersburg Main Department has issued the resolution just after checking the bank. SPBRD gave no comments on the reasons for the department’s decision.
