First Processing Bank has changed its corporate name and is now QIWI Bank, the lending institution said in a press release Friday.
As the bank noted in the press release, its renaming was driven by the strategy geared towards streamlining operations carried out by holding QIWI and uniting under the single brand all the companies that make up the holding. The next step was to rename Direct Contact in QIWI Advertising, which was carried out in July 2010. Finally, in October 2010 the holding announced that holding OE Investments changed its name to QIWI.
QIWI Bank provides settlement services to payment systems and implements innovative projects, such as QIWI Visa Virtual, QIWI Visa Card, renders services to deposit funds on bank accounts and repay credits through payment service QIWI, etc.
