The Federal Tax Service (FTS) of Russia officially registered the cessation of Sverdlovsky Gubernsky Bank operations due to the lender`s reorganisation by being took over by Otkritie Commercial Bank, CBR press-servise reports.
Based on this statement, the cessation of Sverdlovsky Gubernsky Bank operations registered in the Russian State Registration Book of Credit Institutions on July 18, 2011.
Two Otkritiye Bank branches to be opened based on former Sverdlovsky Gubernsky Bank branches, i. e. Gubernsky branch (#2179/19) and Ufimsky branch (#2179/20), CBR report says.
