The PR Department of the Bank of Russia announced the beginning of a procedure to reorganize commercial bank Tula-Express (Tula) through the takeover of Verkhne-Volzhsky Neftebank (Nizhny Novgorod).
Based on Banki.ru data, as of July 1, 2011 Tula-Express’s net assets stood at Rub 5.78 bln (304th in Russia), capital (calculated in line with CBR requirements) totaled Rub 610 mln, the credit portfolio amounted to Rub 4.85 bln and obligations to households equaled Rub 3.87 bln.
As Banki.ru data show, as of July 1, 2011 net assets held by Verkhne-Volzhsky Neftebank totaled Rub 940 mln (No. 716 in Russia), capital (calculated in line with CBR requirements) amounted to Rub 170 mln, the credit portfolio came to Rub 59 mln and obligations to households equaled Rub 570 mln.
