RIA NOVOSTI. Svyaz-Bank has sold Gelendjik Bank, based in the Krasnodar region, that it bought in 2007, RIA Novosti wires.
“The bank’s strategic plans excluded the development of Gelendjik Bank. Svyaz-Bank focuses on rolling out its own network that also covers the Krasnodar region," the bank’s press service reported.
The lending institution did not specify a buyer or the price at which 100% of Gelendjik Bank was sold.
