Russia’s SVIAZ-BANK shareholders have approved the decision to reorganise the bank by affiliating RUSSIAN INDUSTRIAL BANK (Moscow). The decision was made at a shareholders’ meeting on May 14. Changes to SVIAZ-BANK’s rules were also approved by shareholders. They will be endorsed at a unified general shareholders’ meeting.
