The MOSCOW CAPITAL bank has established a department for operations involving corporate clients. The new department is aimed at optimizing operations involving legal entities, especially small and mid-sized businesses, specifying special-purpose groups of corporate clients to offer them bank services and developing and introducing new services for corporate clients. The department will also have an information centre which will provide advisory services for bank products, terms of services and other matters. Presently, corporate clients make up 40% of MOSCOW CAPITALs client base. The corporate credit portfolio was R7.621 million as of April 1, 2007 and balances on corporate accounts stood at R6.246m. The bank now offers credit products, cash services, wage projects, including credit cards with overdrafts, and other services.
