The Ukrainian UKRMONEY Internet payment system, a settlement centre based at PRIVATBANK, has allowed its clients to operate Russian roubles in their transactions. Until recently, UKRMONEY allowed its clients to operate accounts in terms of hryvnias, US dollars and euros. UKRMONEY accounts may be replenished in any PRIVATBANK branch with no commission charged. The UKRMONEY website will soon post a list of directions for rouble transactions. According to Sergei Vatilik, a PRIVATBANK spokesman, UKRMONEY users will soon be able to order nonpersonalized rouble bank cards.
