Moscow’s CONVERSBANK has taken over 39% of BURDA MODEN shares. So said the bank in a press release. The BURDA MODEN controlling stake was put up for sale in July 2006 when CITY FINANCE CONSULTING bought 51% of the BURDA MODEN charter capital. The starting price was set at R65.994 million.
