Russia’s ETALONBANK and ZHELDORBANK, both banks operating in Moscow, have officially reported the merger of their assets. On June 21, Russia’s Federal Tax Service registered banks’ reorganization in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. ZHELDORBANK was reorganized by joining ETALONBANK. The new bank will be called ETALONBANK.
