Krasnoyarsk’s Bank ENISEI Changes Shareholders

CONVERSEBANK has announced a reduction in its capital share of the Krasnoyarsk bank ENISEI from 59.88% to 19.66% (stake of ordinary shares fell from 60.14% to 19.9%). Forty per cent of ENISEI shares are placed under the nominal management of three companies. CONVERSEBANK parts with the asset in the run-up to merger with Kaliningrad’s INVESTBANK. Other banks of the CONVERSE GROUP also join INVESTBANK: Yekaterinburg’s GRANCOMBANK and VORONEZHPROMBANK. Earlier, the group divested CONVERSEBANK MOSCOW and INTERPROGRESSBANK. In June 2006, it was reported that ENISEI and BAIKALINVESTBANK may also be sold.
