PRIME-TASS. Bank Express-Tula shareholders will decide at a March 27 EGM whether or not to rename the lending institution Bank Pervy Express, the bank said in a press release, Prime-TASS reported.
The approval of the new version of the bank’s articles of associations is on the EGM agenda.
Last November the lender took over Verkhne-Volzhskiy Neftebank based on which a Nizhny Novgorod branch was opened.
