The Central Bank of Russias main department for Perm Territory has registered R70 million in additional shares issued by PERMINVESTBANK (Perm). At an annual meeting on May 21, bank shareholders approved the decision to place 70 million common shares with a nominal value of R1.0 via closed subscription for the benefit of the VITUS investment group. PERMINVESTBANK has a charter capital of R159.06 million. The charter capital is to increase by 44% after the bank places shares.
