STROIKREDIT, a Moscow bank, is launching a new product, Visa credit cards with a grace period. The minimum interest rate is 24%. Provision of the certified payroll record 2 NDFL is not mandatory. The decision is taken within five working days. There is no charge for card issuance. The cost of annual card account keeping is R900 for Visa Classic and R3,000 for Visa Gold.
