HANDYBANK Clients Choose SMS Banking

98.9% of clients of the HANDYBANK system operated by the Moscow NOVY SIMVOL bank use SMS services to control transactions conducted via Internet banking or using MasterCard plastic cards and to check HANDYBANK accounts regularly. System users may buy HANDYBANK packages and cards in any bank of the united retail banking system and sign up with one of the two SMS banking service packages. The free-of-charge SMS-1 package, including on-line information on transactions, allows clients to block or unblock cards and provides lists of SMS services and cards. The paid-for SMS-maxi package allows clients to ask for information on five last transactions using the chosen card, provides information on the status of registered cards and makes it possible to apply for the balance of card accounts.
