KAMCHATRYBBANK (Petropavlovsk Kamchatsky) has changed its name to DIP Bank. Corresponding changes have been made to the Central Bank of Russia’s state registration book. On September 10, 2007, the bank received banking licences for the right to conduct transactions in roubles and foreign currency and place personal deposits in roubles and foreign currency.
