The Russian Central Banks chief directorate for the Perm Territory has registered a report about a new share issue by PERMINVESTBANK, worth R70 million. At a May 21 annual meeting, bank shareholders approved the placement of 70 million ordinary shares, at R1.0 par value, through a closed subscription in favour of the VITUS investment group. As a result of the new issue, PERMINVESTBANK will boost the equity capital by 44% to R229.06m.
