The Central Bank of Russia decided to terminate the temporary administration at Moscow’s IBERUS bank, as of October 31, 2007. The CBR’s decision draws on the October 24 decision by the Moscow Arbitration Court on the forceful liquidation of the bank and the appointment of the liquidator.
