Russia’s BANK KHAKASII (Republic of Khakassia) has introduced a new service, Internet banking, for private individuals and entrepreneurs, who maintain card accounts at the bank. The system makes it possible to check the account balance, request an account statement and control cash flow on the account, to pay for the services of cellular operators, etc. Identification of the author of each financial document and the check of document integrity is ensured through a mechanism of creation and check of electronic digital signature.
