RTM placed Loan Participation Notes (LPN), worth $55 million, organized by the investment bank TRUST. Proceeds from the LPN placement by RTM will be invested in financing the construction of shopping and entertainment centers in Samara, Lipetsk, St. Petersburg and Bryansk, and replacing part of the current lending portfolio.
