Altaienergobank has brought its rebranding campaign, launched last December, to a logical end and following brand name revision the lender also changed its official corporate name (its now iMoneyBank Commercial Bank LLC). Relevant changes have already been made in the banks section on CBRs website.
The lending institutions licenses (banking license to conduct transactions with rubles and currencies (with no right to draw retail deposits) and draw retail deposits in rubles) were renewed on January 23, 2013, showed data on the regulators website.
The official names change has not yet been reflected on the website of the bank itself, but the bank confirmed that it presently operates as iMoneyBank.
In the middle of December 2012 the bank announced the change of its brand name to iMoneyBank. Furthermore, recently news broke that the banks head office was relocated from Gorno-Altaisk to Moscow.
iMoneyBank (the brand name is iMoneyBank) is a financial institution established in the Republic of Altai, but now Moscow-based (since January 2013) that specializes in retail operations. The banks renowned product is a Mgnovennye dengi-branded micro lending program. At present, the banks beneficial owners are Sergei Vostrikov (32.23%), Alexander Kashapov (19.85%), Elina Veldyaeva (17.75%), Irving CJSC (14.58%, the owner is Elena Khudoley) and Vladimir Belov (12.5%).
As Banki.ru data shows, as of January 1, 2013 the lending institutions assets stood at Rub 14.63 bln (No. 220 in Russia), capital (calculated in line with CBR requirements) came to Rub 1.41 bln, the credit portfolio totaled Rub 11.24 bln and obligations to households amounted to Rub 11.16 bln.
