VTB 24 will raise its charter capital by 46.4% as part of a procedure to take over Transcreditbank and will concurrently perform a stock split, Prime wired.
“VTB 24s charter capital will be increased using Transcreditbanks charter capital and other own funds, and also VTB 24s equity," the bank specified.
The lenders charter capital will be lifted from the current Rub 50.8 bln to Rub 74.4 bln. VTB 24s current shares (50.8 mln) with par value of Rub 1,000.00 will be converted into 50.8 bln shares with par value of Rub 1.00. In addition, 2.6 bln of Transcreditbank shares with par value of Rub 1.00 will be converted into VTB 24s 23.6 bln with par value of Rub 1.00.
