The procedure for folding Regional Credit Bank into Eurocitybank has been completed, the lending institution said in a press release. The bank pointed out that Regional Credit Bank turned into a branch of Eurocitybank.
For the record, the regulator reported in early July that the consolidation process began.
The bank noted business expansion through the merger would increase its stability. In addition, all sought-after products and services available in Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad region will remain unaffected, and the lineup of products will be broadened.
