My Bank sold its equity stake in Bashkortostan-based My Bank. Mortgage. In line with the information disclosed by My Bank. Mortgage on Friday, a deal whereby My Banks interest in the lenders capital was slashed from 25.25% to zero was transacted on the last day of 2013.
As the Bashkir bank reported, buyers of two equal stakes (9.95% of voting shares) are Moscow-based Investitsii na payah and Andrei Rudeshko. Previously said legal entity and individual held no shares of My Bank. Mortgage. The owners of the remaining block of shares divested by My Bank are not disclosed.
In line with the latest update of My Bank. Mortgages shareholding on the banks website (before My Bank pulled out of the bank) the Bashkir lending institutions largest owners are Alexander Khandruev (8.16%), Mikhail Mirimsky (7.99%), Igor Antonov (roughly 7.61%), Mikhail Baranov, Vladimir Malin and Rinat Setdikov (7.6% each) and Alexander Dubrovin (6.58%).
It should be noted that Igor Antonov, Vladimir Malin, Rinat Setdikov, Mikhail Baranov and Mikhail Mirimsky are My Banks co-owners. Antonov, Malin, Setdikov and Baranov control their holdings in My Bank (9.43%) through FFF Finance Group B. V. (which in the aggregate holds 94.81% of the lending institutions shares), while Mirimskys direct interest in My Bank equals 3.67%.
Until recently My Banks controlling owner (also through FFF Finance Group) and My Bank. Mortgages largest beneficial owner was Gleb Fetisov. He divested his interest to a group of individuals in the fall of 2013. According to the unconfirmed information, the sale was driven by the latest inspection by the Bank of Russia and also by a request to the banks former owner to make capital injection.
My Bank. Mortgage also disclosed on Friday information on a deal transacted during the last few days of December 2013, under which the rights of claim under loans worth Rub 598.08 mln were acquired from My Bank.
