Okskiy, a bank from the town of Alexandrov (the Vladimir region), has changed its corporate name. Since March 3, 2014 the bank has been named Objedinenniy kreditniy bank OJSC in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The banks abbreviated name is O. K. Bank OJSC, data from the Federal Information Service showed.
These changes have not yet been reflected on the banks website and its page on the Bank of Russias website.
Based on Banki.ru data, as of February 1, 2014 the lending institution ranked 394 in Russia and No. 1 in the Vladimir region (of three banks registered in the region) in terms of assets (Rub 5.25 bln). In line with the disclosed information, the banks shareholders are individuals (primarily those living in the Belgorod region), namely Sergei Trubnikov, Vyacheslav Zabotin (19.9% each), Ivan Korotin (roughly 19.86%), Airat Aslyamov (10.1%), Elena Kavryzhenko (around 9.99%), Vladimir Lednev and Alexander Mikhalchuk (9.94% each).
