ITAR-TASS. International rating agency Moody’s has withdrawn its rating of Sobinbank, the agency said in a press release.
On March 21, 2014 international payment systems Visa and MasterCard terminated processing of cards issued by Bank Rossiya, Sobinbank’s in particular, without any notice.
Due to a decision taken by the payment systems the bank’s cardholders were unable to make buys at stores using their credit cards. In addition, it was possible to withdraw cash at any ATM.
