Soyuzprombank, KIP-Bank and also non-banking lending institution Center for Inter-Bank Settlements and Settlement Banking Center have launched their reorganization in the form of a merger, the Bank of Russia’s press service reported on Wednesday, April 30.
As Soyuzprombank and KIP-Bank reported on their websites, a lending institution, which will be established in the course of reorganization, will be named Businessprombank.
The new bank’s charter capital will be Rub 606.1 mln.
