Verkhnevolzhsky, a bank registered in Rybinsk (the Yaroslavl region) has bought into Yaroslavl-based Yarinterbank. The Federal Information Service fixed relevant changes in the latters registration data on Tuesday.
According to the data from the Federal Information Service, Vladimir Kovalev and Alexander Sokolov sold their holdings in Yarinterbank to Verkhnevolsky. A new participants contribution to Yarinterbanks charter capital is in excess of Rub 17.44 mln.
Vladimir Kovalev, who pulled out of Yarinterbank, is a former peoples deputy and a member of the Council of Nationalities of Russia in 1990—1993.
In line with information disclosed by the banks, Verkhnevolzhskys interest in Yarinterbank is nearly 34.21% of the charter capital. Based on the data of Verkhnevolzhsky, the deal was transacted back in April.
Thus, Verkhnevolzhsky turned into Yarinterbanks largest co-owner. Large stakes are also held by Vladimir Usenko (25.79%) and Sergei Gorodetsky (24.64%). Vadim Domogatskys stake equals 9.64% of Yarinterbank, Lidia Bulygina holds around 3.48% and Nikolai Sumerskys interest is equal to 2.24%. In addition, everybody, except Vadim Domogatsky, are the banks board members, Vladimir Usenko is the board chairman and Lidia Bulygina serves as a management board chairwoman.
Verkhnevolzhsky in turn is controlled by a group of individuals from the Moscow region, with the largest stakes in the hands of Angela Sergeeva (56.12%), Oleg Vlasov (around 10%), Alexei Ivannikov (roughly 8.33%) and Vladislav Chernyak (about 6.25%).
By the way, Oleg Vlasov and Angela Sergeeva hold the largest stakes in Saint Petersburg-based Bank Baltika.
As of April 1, 2014 Verkhnevolzhsky (net assets of Rub 4.81 bln) ranked No. 1 in the Yaroslavl region in terms of net assets and 409th nationwide. Yarinterbank is the regions number-two bank and No. 570 in Russia (Rub 2.11 bln).
