PRIME-TASS. An extraordinary shareholders meeting at commercial bank Assotsiatsia, headquartered in Nizhny Novgorod, decided to upsize the bank’s charter capital by 14.3% to Rub 229.54 mln, the banks press service reported.
The lending institution is to increase its charter capital by floating 180,457 additional common shares with Rub 159 par value each via closed subscription among a limited group of persons.
At present, the lenders charter capital is equal to Rub 200.84 mln and is divided in 1,263,205 common shares with Rub 159.00 par value each. As of this spring, 19.7% of the lending institution was in the hands of Hydraulic Systems, a 16.55% interest was owned by Gidromashfahrwerk, Segment held an 8.56% equity position, NIPs block of shares equaled 14.47% and GIKOM Scientific & Production Enterprise owned 13.6% of the bank.
