International rating agency Moody’s again confirmed First Republican Banks rating at В3/Baa2.ru/E+, with a stable outlook, the banks press service said in a statement.
In line with the methodology adopted by Мoodys and Moodys Interfax Rating Agency, a B3 international scale rating reflects qualitative characteristics of a banks creditworthiness compared to international issuers, whereas a Baa2.ru rating makes it possible to perform adequate comparison of a financial institutions credit quality against local players on the financial services market.
According to the data from news agency Banki.ru and Interfax-CEA, as of July 1, 2008 net assets of First Republican Bank stood at Rub 11.81 bln (160th place in Russia). The lending institution is a member of the national deposit insurance system.
