In line with the call option 12.46% of My Bank’s 2-series bonds were presented for early redemption, the bank’s press service said in a statement. The issuer redeemed a total of 124,594 bonds at the redemption price (100%) of bonds’ par value (the par value of a bond is Rub 1,000).
My Bank’s 2-series bonds are put on the Lombard List of the Bank of Russia (with a 0.7 correction factor).
According to the data from news agency Banki.ru and Interfax-CEA, as of July 1, 2008 net assets of Moy Bank stood at Rub 8.01 bln (202nd place in Russia). The lending institution is a member of the national deposit insurance system.
