The Bank of Russia issued a banking license to commercial bank Novoye Vremya to deal with rubles and currencies (with no right to attract private deposits), CBR said on its website.
At present, the bank is not a member of the deposit insurance system. The lending institution’s declared charter capital equals Rub 190 mln.
The lending institution is registered in Moscow at 5/2, Tkatskaya St.
