PRIME-TASS. Bank Troika Dialog plans to increase its charter capital by Rub 455 mln through the issue via closed subscription of 455 mln common shares, the lending institutions press service reported. The nominal value of a security equals Rub 1.00.
The additional shares carried the right of first refusal that could have been exercised from January 26 till March 11, 2009. Within the preemptive right the lender’s shareholders bought not a single share. The purchase price within the preemptive right was equal to Rub 22.00 a share.
As reported earlier, investment company Troika Dialog plans to upsize Bank Troika Dialogs charter capital by issuing additional shares worth Rub 1.08 bln. In October 2007 Troika Dialog Group acquired an 89% interest in Bank Broker from VTB Group and later on it purchased another 10.83% of its securities. Currently, the investment group controls 99.8% of the lenders stocks.
In February 2008 Bank Broker was renamed in Bank Troika Dialog. The banks charter capital amounts to Rub 239.21 mln.
