The Bank of Russia has registered a report on Svyaz-Bank's Rub 16 bln additional share issue, the lending institution reported on Thursday.
Securities placed via open subscription totaled 7,988,262,200 with par value of Rub 0.002 apiece.
As a result, the additional share issue increased Svyaz-Bank's charter capital by over 50% from Rub 29 bln to Rub 45 bln.
The shares were floated at par, the bank's materials showed. The shares were bought by the financial institution's majority shareholder, Vnesheconombank.
