Russian oil export blend Urals averaged $52.04 per barrel in January-March 2017, materials posted on the Finance Ministry's website show.
Urals averaged $31.99 in the year-ago period, i.e. the price leapt 60% y-o-y.
In the meantime, Urals traded at $49.76 per barrel in March, or 36% higher than in March 2016 ($36.53 per barrel).
