Finance Minister Anton Siluanov has been appointed chairman of the supervisory board at VTB Bank, the lending institution's press service reported.
Furthermore, the supervisory board re-elected Andrey Kostin as VTB Bank's president and management board chairman.
"It was also decided to approve Denis Bortnikov as a nominee to the position of VTB Bank deputy president and management board chairman upon approval from the Bank of Russia. Denis Bortnikov will oversee the Medium Business global business line," said the press release.
VTB Bank supervisory board members are Matthias Warnig, Sergey Galitsky, Yves- Thibault de Silguy, Sergey Dubinin, Andrey Kostin, Shakhmar Arif ogly Movsumov, Valery Petrov, Nikolay Podgusov, Anton Siluanov, Vladimir Chistyukhin and Andrey Sharonov, VTB Bank noted.
