PRIME-TASS. International rating agency Moody’s has revised downward its national scale rating on Mezhtopenergobank from Baa3.ru to Ba1.ru due to the continuing deterioration of the quality levels of the bank’s assets owing to the worsening macroeconomic environment in Russia.
