URALVNESHTORGBANK Will Solicit up to $100 Mln

URALVNESHTORGBANK (Yekaterinburg) intends to place one-year credit notes worth $70 to $100 million. The initial yield was set at 8.75—9.25%. Priority unsecured notes will be issued under Reg S rules.
