KONSTANS-BANK (St. Petersburg) is increasing its charter capital by 42%, from R123.715 million to R175.7m. This week, the Central Bank of Russia registered a share issue report. The bank has placed 1,039,706 million common shares, each share having a nominal value of R50. The TALION company has bought up all of the shares issued.
