As news agency Banki.ru learned, Dekabank has been renamed in Financial Trust Bank. Relevant amendments were already made to the CBR Book for State Registration of Lending Institutions.
On August 16 the Bank of Russia provided Financial Trust Bank with a license to deal with funds denominated in rubles (without the right to attract private deposits).
The lending institution’s registration number is 3104 and its charter capital is equal to Rub 230.3 mln.
Based on Banki.ru data, as of August 1, 2010 the lender’s assets stood at Rub 1.7 bln (No. 550 in Russia), capital (calculated in line with CBR requirements) totaled Rub 344.59 mln, including the Rub 65 mln subordinated loan, and the credit portfolio amounted to Rub 1.34 bln.
