Rosenergobanks BoD decided to appoint Mark Schreiber to the position of a deputy management board chairman. As the banks press service reported, his candidature was agreed upon with the Moscow Chief Regional Directorate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
In his new capacity Mark Schreiber will engage in the management and development of Rosenergobanks growing branch network, and also coordinate the work performed by customer service divisions.
Mark Schreiber was borne on October 11, 1977 in Moscow. He graduated from the Financial Academy attached to the Moscow government, the Faculty of International Economic Relations. From 2000 through 2003 he held office as deputy head of the client business development department at Alfa-Bank. From 2006 he was a director of the marketing department at Bank Societe Generale Vostok. Since 2007 he headed up a project to roll out retail financial services at X5 Retail Group. Starting 2008 he acted as the strategic development director at Volkswagen Financial Services Rus. From 2009 till 2010 he was employed as director for regional development at OTP Bank.
Rosenergobank was registered in 1992. The bank has over 2,500 shareholders. Its beneficial owners are Lidia Vasilieva (20%), Maria Maklakova (20%), Konstantin Schwarz (19.63%), Mario Simons and Gordon Genadi (9.82% each), Vladimir Andreev (4.9%) and Natalia Sinitsina (4%).
Based on Banki.ru data, as of August 1, 2010 the lenders assets stood at Rub 12.19 bln (181st place in Russia), capital (calculated in line with CBR requirements) totaled Rub 1.26 bln, including the Rub 490.07 mln subordinated loan, the credit portfolio amounted to Rub 7.5 bln and obligations to households equaled Rub 7.1 bln.
