Russias SOLIDARNOST bank (Samara) is to more than double its charter capital by issuing additional shares. The decision was approved at an extraordinary general shareholders meeting. The bank is to place 157,332,377 shares via closed subscription among the banks shareholders in proportion to their shareholdings. The current charter capital is at R85.348 million, according to data provided by the Central Bank. The last time the bank adjusted the capital was February 26, 2006.
