The Moscow MASTER BANK and the VISA INTERNATIONAL payment system have announced the start of issuing VISA Mini Classic cards on a large scale. The MASTER BANK has thus become the first Russian bank to start issuing these cards. The VISA Mini card is a mini version of a standard VISA card. It is 43% smaller than the common card. Other mini card features fully comply with international VISA standard requirements.
