CBR says Bank Uralsib launches takeover of Stroyvestbank and Bank Uralsib-Yug

The Moscow Chief Territorial Directorate of the Bank of Russia reported in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law “On Banks and Banking Activity” that Bank Uralsib has launched the procedure for taking over Stroyvestbank and Bank Uralsib-Yug, the Bank of Russia’s PR department reported Friday.
